Iraq Council of Ministers bans export of copper, aluminium, lead and iron-alloy scrap
مجلس الوزراء العراقي يحظر تصدير خردة النحاس والألمنيوم والرصاص والحديد
Iraq has stopped exports of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap to keep feedstock for local factories, so Iraqi melt shops and smelters become the only outlet for domestic scrap. Regional exporters who sourced from Iraq should re-route, and suppliers to Iraqi mills should follow up.
