Compliance الامتثال
Hazardous material. e-waste may contain hazardous parts and data-bearing devices (data-wipe certificate). Handling needs a licensed operator (in Saudi Arabia a MWAN waste-management licence; elsewhere the local environmental permit). Cross-border moves of hazardous waste fall under the Basel Convention (prior informed consent). Check export and import rules for each country involved. This is not legal advice.
